Deer are raised on the
clean green pastures of New Zealand using high genetic stags who have
a record of producing premium quality antlers. The deer are pastured
and supplemented when required. The antlers are harvested annually,
under tight guidelines outlined by the New Zealand Game Industry Board,
using no drugs, and causing no harm or stress to the deer.
           The complete antler is
freeze dried so as not to denature the active ingredients due to heat.
The antler is also cold ground so as to maintain its active constituants
. The powdered antler is then micro biologically tested (bacterial
            analysis-standard plate count).
           Encapsulation is done
in a Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry approved and inspected facility
that operates according to strict Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP).
           Each Capsule contains
200 mg. of 100% deer antler, using no additives or fillers using the
entire antler, including tip and base using the entire antler.
          A microbiological analysis
is done for each batch of processed ground antlers at a pharmaceutical
testing laboratory to ensure product safety. The test includes the
following: an aerobic plate count, salmonella, coliform, E. Coli,
          Staphylococci, yeast and molds.
           Each batch of antlers must
meet the microbiological specifications established for MAF approved
            Laboratories.

          Each batch is assigned
a batch number and expiration date, which is identified and stamped
            on the label.
          Each bottle of velvet antler
is safety sealed to ensure consumer protection.
All labels meet the labeling requirements established by the Dietary
Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 (DSHEA).
